Acceptable Returns:

• Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, we accept returns with proof of damage.

• Opened Products: Products that have been opened and found to be damaged upon inspection are also eligible for return.

Return Procedure:

3. Wait for Authorization: Once we receive your request, our Quality Assurance Team will review the provided information and determine the eligibility of your return.

4. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are subject to approval by our Quality Assurance Team. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product before issuing a refund.

• You will be contacted for any additional information required to initiate the refund process.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and the situation.
